Adoption or Foster Applications
- The first step in setting up an adoption meeting is for you to completely fill out the Pre- Adoption Form and return it. There is a $25 fee for a background check. You may pay this fee on PayPal or Venmo but be sure to make a note that this for the Pre-adoption background check.
- Once Adoption is granted then you'll need to download and completely fill out the Adoption Agreement.
- If you are interested in Fostering a dog at your home then please download and fill out the Foster Form
- We our a volunteer organization and will respond as soon as we can. Usually within 24 hours. But please be patient.
